Synchronistic Meeting
Synchronicity is the experience of two or more events, that are apparently causally unrelated or unlikely to occur together by chance, that are observed to occur together in a meaningful manner.
The first night that I arrived in Sedona, I could already feel the magic people spoke of in the air. Across the street from our condo was a massive crystal store called the “The Center for the New Age” and without hesitation I was walking across the street to go and check it out. Synchronistic timing on my side, there was a huge trunk sale going on! As I was holding a cylindrical quartz ball with flecks of titanium that make the reflection look like a cat eye, and I heard from behind me, “That is the ultimate manifestation crystal you are holding.” In the next moment I looked up and around to meet the voice and a new friend behind me, David Geiger.
David Geiger is a Shamanic practitioner, crystal wholesaler, and holds lectures and workshops around the country. He also knows some of my good friends at Nature’s Treasures (located at 38 1/2 and I35) where I get all my crystal needs here in Austin, TX. When one has a soul recognition with another, you should always take the time to sit down and talk to them, you never know what you may find out about yourself.
Sitting behind “the center” with the quite sound of Oak Creek and wind chimes playing, a few of us gathered and started talking about all the different kinds of healing work we do. It was so amazing to listen to the other energy workers! I learned so much more about different crystals and their healing affects . We spoke in depth about being open in aware in our lives, and how that directly contributed to the circle of people that all live different places and were together here in Sedona. Through these conversations of hearing how these other healers got their start, I gained a confidence in myself and in my healing practice that you cannot learn from reading a book by yourself. True interaction with others, like anything that we do, is such a blessing to hear different stories that one can relate to that inspires growth and change within yourself.
David and the others were able to see all the issues swirling around me in my life and gladly offered guidance and healing. The energy is so high in Sedona that anything that is occuring in your life is amplified, and the right people show up so that you can acknowledge it and move on. It happens day to day no matter where you live, but here the synchronicity is fast and blatant you cannot miss it. I can truly say that I made a friend for life that night in Sedona and learned even more about the universe, healing arts, and myself for they are all connected in this beautiful masterpiece of life.

The Energy of Sedona
Sedona is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places I have ever been to. Sedona has long been known as a spiritual power center through out the world. The power that comes from the vortexes produces some of the most incrediable energy on the planet. This potent energy is the reason that Sedona attracts people that are “on the path”. The path being people who are seeking grow and want to be living truthfully and fully in their lives. This seeking for truth and healthier lifestyle is one of the reasons that there is such a large holistic health community has sprung up in the Sedona area, which one can imagine, I was so excited to be there!

I met so many amazing people while on my trip to Sedona, and also got to spend time with my family as well. Since I have had time to process the trip, I personally can say, I found the vortexes at Sedona both exciting and growth inspiring. If you are at all sensitive to the more subtle things, the experience of standing at one of these vortexes, and letting the energy flow into you and through you, can feel almost heartwarming! People come from all over the world to experience this and I am going to share my stories with you so perhaps one day you will want to go to Sedona and experience beautiful red rocks, vortexes, and yourself.
